We often renew existing machines and production lines so they can keep running for years without sudden breakdowns. An added benefit of a revamp is often that the line can then also communicate with higher-level systems, which was not possible before. With a good conversion, you don’t have to invest in a completely new line straight away, and you can carry on for many more years!

We work for small family businesses and SMEs as well as large multinationals. The size of the company makes no difference to us: we simply make sure we help everyone as well as we possibly can.

That depends on the application, the number of shifts and the tasks being automated. For large projects, we often start by working out a no-obligation concept with a matching budget. Once we have a suitable concept within a feasible budget, we work out the proposal in detail, so the investment and therefore the ROI are clear during the quotation phase.

Our team brings together several disciplines. For example, we have an in-house mechanical designer who draws up concepts down to the last detail. The concept is then discussed internally, so our electrical department and programmers can also have their say. Once the concept has been agreed with the customer, the tasks are clearly divided internally so everyone knows what to do. Complete installations are built and tested in our workshop before being installed on site.

We work in Belgium and the Netherlands, from our base in Genk. We also have customers with factories all over the world, from North America to Asia. We travel there for the start-up of the lines, and then provide remote support, often together with the local maintenance team.
