What personal data do we collect from you?

Personal identification data: first name, last name, telephone number, email address, curriculum vitae, …

Please note that you are responsible for all data you provide to us and that we rely on its accuracy. If your data is no longer up to date, please let us know as soon as possible. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but you understand that certain services, or working with us, become impossible if you do not consent to its collection and processing.

Why do we collect this personal data from you?

Legal basis: necessary for the performance of a contract. This allows us to contact website visitors who have expressed interest via the available forms.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of our processing, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

How do we keep your data secure?

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. That is why we use various technical and organisational measures to appropriately protect your data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal data you share with us on computer systems with restricted access that are always password-protected.

What rights can you exercise?

In accordance with and under the conditions of Belgian privacy legislation and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification: you have the right to have your inaccurate personal data rectified (corrected) and to have incomplete personal data completed.
  • Right to erasure or restriction: you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data or to restrict its processing in the circumstances and under the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation. We may refuse the erasure or restriction of any personal data that we need to comply with a legal obligation, to perform the contract or for our legitimate interest, for as long as this data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Right to data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller.

  • Right to withdraw consent: if the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This personal data will then only be processed if we have another legal basis for doing so.
  • Automated decisions and profiling: we confirm that the processing of personal data does not involve profiling and that you are not subject to fully automated decisions.

You can exercise the above rights by contacting [email protected]. The contact person for this is Thomas Richard.

We do everything we can to handle your personal data carefully and lawfully in accordance with the applicable regulations. If you nevertheless believe that your rights have been infringed and your concerns are not addressed within our company, you are free to lodge a complaint with:
